A big change to the website

If you have been following me for some time now, I thank you for your support. I appreciate any readers on my little spot on the world wide web. Now some may or may not know that I create my own websites - this one included. The technology I used before the change was good but outdated and took time to maintain.

So, what just happened?

I got rid of my old hosting provider and updated to a new web technology known as JAM stack. It stands for Javascript API and Markdown. I'll save the further technological details but know that my site is faster and very cheap to host now. It also has saved me time with the little amount of maintenance I need to do.

I have been busy and haven't written any new content, but I am currently working on getting more poetry and posts about teaching up soon. The new website will help aid my endeavors. Stay safe out there with the recent Covid-19 pandemic and thanks for your continued support!
